read book. in some categories, "need to explain find raising events, and web fund raising, need to explain where we will spend the money."
someone needs to fill in form, have another check it, sign it, add all docs and send to feds

we are scanning our articles of incorporation, as stamped by the secretary of state, and the  EIN form SS-4

we will file us form 1023 and ca 3500 exemption (2 pages)

if we net $ from this account, then X% goes to student grant competition, X% goes to the education program, and the remaining is to be spent according to a majority of the board.
